At Vitality Herbal Tea, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how you can return products and request refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a product that does not match your order

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Perishable items that are past their expiration date

All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at info@vitalityherbaltea.co.za with:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if applicable)

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

  3. Do not send your product back without our confirmation and return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure delivery.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (unless product was damaged or incorrect) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds reflect the amount paid for the product only, excluding shipping fees.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately at info@vitalityherbaltea.co.za within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).

  • We may require photos of the damaged product or package for verification.

  • Eligible claims will be refunded or replaced at no extra cost.
